Ermine, stoat, weasel - what ever the translation is exactly - Kärppä (Mustela Erminea)is a small but spicy, muscular hunter. This ideal predator hunts in azigzag pattern. Ermine investigate every hole and crevice, oftenstopping to survey their surroundings by raising their heads andstanding upright on their legs. They may travel up to 15 km in onenight. Ermine can also run easily across snow.
